I also have a sweet ISA Parallel Port card to plug that cable of yours into. I was cleaning up my office recently, and on top of the aforementioned ISA cards, found an old motherboard with ISA, PCI and an AGP slot packed away in the bottom of a drawer.. Now that’s a unicorn...

Doing real good! Just got a nice beater truck as you saw...spent the last few weekends cleaning it and performing basic maintenance.

Gonna be looking at 997's after I give VW their wagon back. The GSW has been REALLY good to me, but it’s Porsche time and I don’t need three cars.

I haven’t decided on a hard range yet. I could go up to $50k but it might end up being lowered to $40k.

I’d love to have a 997 Turbo but those are always out of range. Im just going to look for the nicest car I can afford that has a clean PPI. non-S’s are not as desired so they seem to be a much better bargain. I’d prefer RWD, but I’m not going to be picky. I also hear the Targa 4/4S has more headroom because the seats are mounted a bit lower to compensate for the extra weight of the glass roof so I may look at those. They also have a glass hatch as a result, which is nice.

The only real must is that it must be a manual.

The truck is an automatic, but that's fine. If I ever blow the tranny I will swap in a ZF6 with a beefy clutch and that will give me an excuse to boost it to 400rwhp.
